@DanielH59871307 I have been taken for 90 $ by cricket wireless!! The app was not working but the site, I called they wasn’t available so they took my 90$ made me repay 145$ to get my service back. I was on bridge pay! It’s a trap! I just can’t understand @CricketSupport
Yeah, the mycricket app apparently doesn't function on certain phones with the Moto G7 Supra being one of them. They're supposedly working on a fix but it's been over a month for me and probably longer for others that this app hasn't worked. Hopefully soon that fix will arrive.....
Check your device manufacturer's website. Go to the Device Support page for your device. Call or chat with Cricket Support to troubleshoot device (it's best to call from a different phone). If your device is covered by Cricket Protect, view requirements to file a claim.

1 month ago. Sounds like a phone issue if apps are crashing. Google your phone and look for safe boot. If apps still crashing after you boot into safe mode. Would probably point to hardware. Last resort would be factory reset. 1. level 2. forlornjackalope.
Do a screen capture of the error message. This is the most accurate way for MyCricket Support to determine the cause of the error. Ensure the entire error message is visible on your computer screen. Hit PrtScn or Print Screen on your keyboard. This will copy the entire screen image onto your PC’s clipboard.
